TERMS

Cancel anytime; after six months, sign-up agreement. Additional Spa treatments cannot be combined with member discounts. Member discounts do not apply to gratuities or gift card purchases. Unused Spa therapies do not roll over to the following month. Gift Cards cannot be accepted toward the payment of Skin by ZANA Memberships. Spa Membership Appointments cancelled outside of a 24-hour cancellation policy will be considered redeemed in full. Additional restrictions may apply to spa service discounts.
